This is a quality hotel but it was cold during my trip and the hotel has no heating. They provided me with a portable heater for my room. however you had to keep your coat to have breakfast in the hotel lobby. Room was very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. more

We have stayed here over the last 3 years on busines trips, the most recent was a complete surprise, total refurbishment, to a very high standard. Staff always helpful and breakfast choice is very good. Food in hotel is expensive and better is available 10 minutes from the front door. BUT don't invite anyone to your room as the bothroom... more

Very nice lobby. Very impressive. Very HARD beds and mattress compare to American standard. The resturants are nice, very expensive, and food is below average. NO POOL, No swimming. The north tower is not as grand, but costs much lower. Good for business travelling. Business center computers are very slow and were infected with virus. Must go 2 blocks south... more

stayed for 3 nights on business - room was spotless, nice view over the shopping mall... 1st floor 'westerm bar' serves good steaks - however, my colleague and myself were the only persons in it !!..breakfast was ok but expensive... Theres two gift shops on the first floor - one a cheap and cheerful tourist shop the other a genuine... more

The Pavilion is relatively new (less than 3 years old), with a good location in Shenzhen. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants also are nice, although a bit limited in selection other than the cafe/buffet. Nice fitness area as well. Would stay here again. more

Checkin was easy and efficient. The hotel is obviously new and very clean. I found the hotel noisy. My room(1809) had a lot of road noise and all the rooms face out onto main roads so I suspect they are all the same. Also, my room had a strange vibration noise like when you open a car window at speed... more
