First tip, dont book through Thomson. If you book through Portland Direct you get the same Thomson holiday but cheaper! This Hotel was OK. I had a great time but im not a fussy eater and as I am an early riser i managed to secure poolside loungers every day. If you can find a seat after 9am you're lucky!... more

On arrival at the hotel, you receive a warm welcome in the lobby where there are cold drinks to greet you. The reception staff are very helpful and speak very good English. Arrived back yesterday from a wonderful 10 day stay in the Hilton Sharks Bay. I can't recommend this hotel and the area highly enough for a relaxing and entertaining holiday.
