Returned on Sunday on Thomson flight paid for premium seating only to find no Premium cabin on the 767 300 on inward flight waiting for reply to my complaint from Thomson. This hotel is really not as bad as some people are making out, this is a 3-4star hotel, not a 5star, if you go with this is mind you wont be dissapointed. Stayed here for a week in June. After a long flight, having to refuel in Cairo, can't say I have ever heard of this ! Most planes make sure they have enough fuel, I would not recommend flying out of Bristol with Koral Blue. No in flight entertainment, no drinks on board, no duty free, cheers Thomas Cook ! On the beach Samer and Islam had reserved sunbeds,sand wheelchairs (which you can take into the sea)will fetch your beer & snacks and help in anyway they can.They were great!!
