Me and my boyfriend went for a week, after reading reviews on here before we went we decided to go B&B and it was the best decision we could of made. We were upgraded to a king room on arrival (free of charge), the room was huge, very clean, grounds were very well maintained, staff were very helpful. We didn't... more

Pretty Hotel, well maintained. Went all-inclusive, food was ok, but not great, if you are vegetarian I strongly advise you don't go all inclusive as theres not much selection. The awful plastic glasses that I was given drinks in made me feel inferior to the other guests that were not all inclusive. On the final day was digusted as I... more

We came out to do dive courses and got "upgraded" to the creative mexicana. first impressions were favourable but on closer inspection the hotel rooms are a bit tired, tatty and in need of a refurbishment or at least a deep clean. we were supposedly half board, but this didn't include drink of any kind, even water and the temperature... more

We have just returned from a week at the Mexicana and I have to agree with most of the reviews. We are not fussy eaters but the food was terrible. It was cold, poor quality and badly cooked. We had chicken every night and we felt we were treated like 2nd class citizens because we were all inclusive. The cold... more

Just returned from a week at the Mexicana and had a fine time! We booked a cheap week all inclusive and really couldn't complain for the price we paid! All in all, the hotel is very clean, room was huge with balcony, the gardens are maintained well, pool was lovely and the sun was shining!! The only two comments I... more

The cruise in our opinion was 5* the stay at the Creative Mexicana was at best 2*. The hotel was lovely our room was lovely and housekeeping was very good. However if you... more

We have just been to the Mexicana as part of a package holiday. I didn’t think I would write a review but I think people should know what to expect. I would like to start by echoing what most people have said, that the hotel is very picturesque, clean and the rooms are great and there are 2 swimming pools,... more

We stayed at the Creative Mexicana for 1 week all inclusive and had a really enjoyable time. We read the reviews on this website beforehand and this had made us slightly apprehensive but we needn't have worried as it was great holiday and we would recommend not only visiting here but also going for the all inclusive option as well.... more
