I stayed with my 13 other friends from Malaysia for culinary courses in Surabaya from 31 March to 4 April 2008. hotel location is superb and service is good. The only problem is that hotel did not provide iron for my own ironing of clothes leike what other hotel in other countries is giving. I m going to stay here... more

This hotel is located in an historic part of the city and gives great service and accomodation at truly cheap prices. The rooms are of an international standard and the ones on higher floors have great views across the old city to the straits of Madura. I would advise that Ibis hotels in Indonesia are of a much higher star... more
