The location is good..its in the midst of all the malls,shopping area..thou Holiday INN is rt on the beach..the food was good..what we enjoyed most was the swimming pool..its a good size pool..kids freaked out..Room size is big..it clean and well kept..its an 4 star property.. more

Really nice hotel with 3 great pools, good air conditioning, excellent rooms with Plazma TV's, centrally located in Patong. Managed to book this hotel as a package with my flight. Staff and services were great! They even provide towels for your trips out of the hotel... At a great location with lots of entertainment, food and shopping that are within walkable distance. Got a room on the 23rd floor and the view was wonderful! Enjoyed my stay very much! more

Loved the hotel great rooms in the royal wing. Was clean and very nice design. As many others have said it is in the gay district of town which didn't bother us at all. Do BEWARE though as I used my credit card to book a day trip and it was the only time I used it in my travels... more
