The room wasn´t clean, the housekeeping wasn´t in the room before 5 p.m. ,no fresh towels, not soaps, no bath-gel, the bath-tub was so old and dirty - we didn´t use it once. the shower didn´t work well, we had water in the bedroom, the much to dark furniture was old and overused. Not bad actually this hotel, really nice location, five minutes walk from Patong bay, on a lush hillside. Five minutes, that is when descending the steep hillside towards Patong. Hmmm don't know what was worse, having the incredibly rude and argumentative staff tell me they would call the police if I didn't pay for a tour I asked to be cancelled just two hours after the request (was not told they had a "no cancellation policy" at the time).
