Keio plaza was indeed a great hotel...stayed in a deluxe room in the main tower...which was clean and spacious, and included all the necessary amenities one would need. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful (expected being in Japan I guess). Airport bus (from Narita) drops you off at the hotel which is very convenient (for about $30).... more

A huge hotel in a great location. If I went to Tokyo again I would definately stay there. Thanks to the reviews on this site we chose the Keio Plaza to stay at and we were not disappointed. I'm really glad that we paid the extra and booked a Plaza Premier room as it had been re-furbished and the decor was muted but very smart. This is a great place to stay right next to Shinjuku rail station (make sure you remember which exit you need from the station because you WILL get lost!). Rooms were great, service good and all staff were very helpfull. more
