I stayed at this hotel for 8 months. The staff try, but they are generally incompetent. Wake up calls don't happen; breakfast is not ready until 07:25 instead of the planned 07:00; room service does not turn up; invoices are 80% of the time wrong; etc. etc. OK, so the processes don't work.
