Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2006. Good location. Walking distance to department stores. Many coffee shops although they are not cheap around the corner of the hotel Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast is average but definitely better than West Lake Sofitel. Some parts of the hotel such as the coffee shop at 1/F and lobby bar are under renovation.... more

This hotel is first class and location is just off the main shopping street. The management responds immediately to any questions or requests. This is definitely a great place to stay in Hangzhou. more
