Traditional Kyoto house right by the edge of the Impreial Palace Gardens, at dirt cheap prices. Found it very friendly, and had no problems with cleanliness. Of course it is basic and can get crowded - exactly bacuse it's great value and is in an excellent location. Don't go expecting luxuries, but for budget travellers it is an excellent choice. more
