We stayed here for three nights at the end of December 2007. The hotel is close to a subway station (I can't recall which one though) but its not on the main street, it's on a side street so a little difficult to find at first. This place was chosen for us as we`d arrived in the middle of a huge festival in Kyoto. It was the only place we could find a room, and thank God! it`s great. The hotel overall isn't too bad. It was a little hard to find when I first got there. Stupid me wanted to save a few $$$ and walked to the hotel all the way from the Kyoto JR station, boy was I stupid. It took me a good 45-50 mins to walk there. Get a taxi!! When I got close... more
