We stayed only a night here as part of a Shinkansen-hotel package. The hotel was lovely and fairly new. It was located near a subway station which was 3 stops from the Kyoto train station. Perfect is the word!!! Yeah everone says the room is small, it is, but who cares. If you are traveling to Kyoto Japan stay here. Everything is close. If you arrive at the Kyoto Train Station, you can try to take a subway car closer to the hotel but just take a cab it cost 880 yen ( $8.80 US).... more
