We have just returned from our 4 day stay in Kyoto Matusi Rokyan .the first thing about the hotel are the extremly warm and hospitable staff, they speak decent english so it was no issues at all checking in . The hotel is a 5-7 min walk from the subways station and is located at city center, walk to market... more
