The front desk staff can improve their customer service. If you like large rooms this hotel is for you. Tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen and free wifi internet in the rooms is a major plus. I actually lived here for a few years and in all that time I never had a single complaint that wasn't handled immediately and professionally. Not even a half-star hotel...but self-named 5 stars! Service to customer is unexisting. Lobby rennovation works have been under progress for the last 7 months; half lift for the entire hotel, cheap breakfast, lack of choice, poor quality (fried croissants and out of date milk), poor choice of tv channels.
