The windows dont have screens, the bedsheets don't fit on the crusty mattress and there are .... little green bugs!!! The common area is quite good though and the location is excellent. i advise that you double check your reservations at this place before arriving. Our room was given away a few times even though we had confirmations. It totally sucked! Recommended for those on a shoestring willing to share a room in traditional European hostel type environs. The common area was acceptable and there was a lively international backpacking crowd. The rooms and the balcony are quite noisy. Also 250 Peso is not cheap for an 8 bed dormitary. Safety is not given, as people can easly walk into the hostel and dormitary. The owner is very nice to some tourists but treat others, especially Philippine tourists quite bad. In my opinion thats discrimination. more
