The great, breakfast, the building, swimming pool, location. The ok, furniture in the loverely old room was more Marriot or internattional chain hotel. Our bedroom window opened out above the kitchen extractor. The bad, lunch at the bar, the burgers were worse than the cheapest street venders and literally 10x's the price. more

This is an actual old convent complete with chapel and everything. We stayed in a junior suite and the bed was huge and overlooked the pool. The free breakfast had everything you could imagine. I visisted this hotel as part of a tour of South America. In just over 5 weeks I visited around 20 hotels and I'm afraid to say this won the award for the worst service. Firstly, don't get me wrong - this is a beautiful hotel. They have done an incredible job of converting the old convent into a hotel.... more
