We stayed here four nights - loved it. Small and cheap, but real China. We stayed on the top floor (which I recommend you request, I think room 402?), and while the bar across the street was a bit noisey in the evening, we had no problem sleeping at night. My room was nice and clean, but being above and opposite a bar, it was way too noisy to get any sleep! The hot water took ages to come on in a weak showerhead. Also, the prices are higher than better Chinese-run options elsewhere. My advice is to walk around and try looking in the smaller alleyways for better deals. more

VERY nice room .... VERY good service ... GOOD food. HOWEVER ..... across the street is a night club with endless pounding music, and the floor below us was the Water Buffalo Nightclub, with even MORE endless pounding music together with wild yelling and yahooing - depending on the activity on the evening. Absolutely impossible to sleep. more

Nice clean roon.Staff very nice. This is right in the center of yahoo drunk street. A VERY loud disco right accross the street which pounds until 1 am.. If you like to stay up late you might be happy here. more
