stayed here for 2 nights. fantastic views. but very dissapointed with lodge . rooms were shabby and food wasnt too good either.everywhere was swarming with huge insects, dive bombing you all night, even the tables were crawling as was the food . it was so bad we had to go to our room and watch from closed doors and windows.... more

We stayed one night at Ngulia during our safari. The rooms were quite basic but the surroundings were so lovely it didn't matter. The food and the service were excellant and we saw the leopard! We stayed at Ngulia Safari Lodge during a 2-day Tsavo East and West safari from Mombasa. The lodge was very nice. The room was clean, had a good bed, and a small balcony. We had read reviews from Trip-advisor before we went and were fortunately prepared for the worst where the accommodation was concerned, however we thought the experience of seeing a leopard up close would more than compensate...which it did!
