Well i booked a triple room for 3 males as we were visiting Kandy for the Test Match - there were beds in the room & 2 mosquito nets, no wardrobe or draws in the room, basically we couldn't swing a cat. We stayed 8 nights and couldnt even unpack, basically lived from the suitcase, how any guesthouse expects travellers... more

Stayed at this guest house for the Kandy Test Match. I booked direct with the owner, Mr Malik, through email and got an immediate response. We read about the Palm Garden Guest House and Malik Tours in the Lonely Planet and booked our rooms there for the big Perahera parade in August. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms immaculate.
