Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff was very rude. The manager tried, and was successful, in ripping us off. After NOT providing promised shuttle FROM airport, he said shuttle TO airport was impossible. He said there were NO shuttles. Only after about 15 minutes did he say it was possible but we'd have to pay. We paid 350 rupees per car.... more

The hotel itself was okay, it had decent sized rooms, clean toilets although the shower didn't work and we had to resort to 'old skool' bathing and located in a quite area of Karol Bagh. I turned up to this hotel having booked it through an online website paying good money to what the rate for this hotel really is and after a long flight arriving at midnight I was told that the hotel was "overbooked" and that I need to stay at another hotel at similar standard around the block called the "Suncourt Hotel".... more

Stayed for two nights. Our room was near the lifts & due to the marble floors noise echoed around. Be wary when checking in of a "reperesentative" who will try to whisk you to his travel agency & sell you an expensive trip to the Taj Mahal. more
