It is really really far from Mubai attractions, like 35 km which translates into 1.5 + hours... stayed there for just one night because of its location... The hotel is not bad though, old and outdated, located in a nice street of the Juhu area but really couldn't stand the commuting problem. more

the hotel is a 4 star hotel in bombay/mumbai. very nice, clean room. the pillows are soooo comfy! the room rate was a good value, when compared with other nice hotels in this area. Best Western hotel is very well located, on a busy Juhu Tara Road. It is only 5 minutes walk from Juhu Beach and 10 minutes walk from the Marriot Hotel (a perfect place to dine in the evenings). On a business trip, all I need is a bed, bath, food, and enough room to put all of my trade show gear. The room size was perfect. The poverty and street kids are everywhere in this city no matter what hotel you are staying in so paying more money doesn't clean up what is directly outside of your hotel.... more

Very helpful staff, and take matters very professionally. I made a complaint about missing my camera from the room. The duty managers take the matter seriously and explained since 8 years he has been with the hotel this case never happened before. The worst problem is the noise (from the airports, the street, the elevators of the hotel, the air conditionning). Shower : OK Electricity : bad (only the plug in the bathroom was OK and many bulbs didn't work) more

Certainly not a place to stay for more than a night, but OK if you are going to be moving on. The room was dirty, staff spoke little English and the hotel is a hot walk from town. more
