Had a terrible experience with this hotel in dec 2006 The staff is outrightly rude. Despite a confirmed booking, the management was unwillingly to offer a room on the grounds of unsatisfactory identity verfication!!!! I found mystay at Astoria Hotel near ChurchGate quite satisfactory. The room was clean, restaurant food was also good and the staff courteous.Its just 15 minutes from the Visa office (G Deshmukh Marg) . more
