This is a drive-up hotel. This is evident if you study the hotel photos - which I did not prior to booking this room. I have had many experiences with Comfort Suites in the past and they had all been consistent and positive....until this trip. The front-desk person was friendly. The room was dirty and outdated. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the air were at an comfortable temperature. The bedding was fresh and clean. There wasn't a odor to be found in our room. The kitchenette was mini, but ok. The bathroom was huge. In which made our 4 nites stay quaint. The best part is the amount of money we... more
