I booked a non smoking room for 2 nights in October during homecoming at the University of Alabama. I specifically booked a non smoking room. When we arrived we were told that they had "run out" of non smoking rooms, and could not honor our request. Knowing rooms were tough to come by on a weekend with a home football... more

“No air, roaches, and no hot water”

apon arriving we were greeted by roaches, and no air conditioning, we were told maintaince will be there in the am he came said he fixed it NOT, the next am after sweating all night we went to take a shower, NO HOT WATER, I guess it was a good thing since the air was out, I would not stay... more

We stayed one night before our daughter's graduation from the University of Alabama. The hotel was packed with high school kids from all over Alabama. They were there for some kind of tournament. We expected lots of noise but had no trouble. The room was clean but quite a bit worn. We had just 1 double bed in the room.... more
