Checked In was a mess unfriendly staff as well as unclean rooms. the pools was being used by people other then guest and when we complained I was told so what the pool is for everyone not just you, I was then told I could go somewhere else if I did not like what he had to say so I... more

Juneau caters to cruise ships. Their passengers, presumably, have a clean place to stay. The Extended Stay is convenient to the airport - right across the street. However, the staff is not friendly and not helpful. The rooms are only moderately clean, except for the paper thin towels which are well worn and discolored. Unfortunately Aspen hotel was purchased by Extended stay Hotel. The service and quality is unacceptable. It is extended stay at hotel price. Very disappointing, STAY AWAY!!! more

My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience in the hot tub. We have been frequent guests over the years. On Christmas day, an employee brought two of her friends and three small children with her to use the hotel pool and hot tub.
