We stayed three nights at the Intercontinental Buenos Aires, and really enjoyed our stay. The room is nice, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff are helpful and speak excellent English as you would expect at an Intercontinental. But beware of the bottled water - $13 for 1.5 litres! Of all the hotels we stayed at in South America,... more

For the second year in a row my husband and I took a trip down to BA and stayed at the InterContinental. At check in we upgraded to the club level. Where we enjoyed breath taking views of the city for breakfast and enjoyed evening cocktails and snacks before dinner. The Sunday Brunch is a must try, what a great... more

My mom and I came to Argentina for an 8-day vacation of which 4 nights were in Buenos Aires, at this hotel. This is the kind of place that, while you're out wandering around in your explorations, you actually begin to miss. Coming back here after a day trip somewhere was akin to "coming home". You can't expect a hotel... more

I have traveled to Buenos Aires at least six times over the past seven years, and have always stayed at the Intercontinental (IC) Hotel. My past visit in June was so terrible, that I will no longer be staying here, and I strongly urge other visitors to stay elsewhere, for the following reasons: 1.Shabby rooms. The IC no longer pays... more

I should start this review with the confession that I have an irrational love affair with this hotel, possibly on account of the fact that the Boca Juniors squad stays here on the nights before and after each of its home games. Also, perhaps, because some of the staff on the executive floors, on which I tend to stay, are... more

I am here for a conference and checking out tomorrow. I brought my wife and turned a 3 day conference into a 6 night vacation. This hotel is fine for business meetings/conference agendas. The conference went smoothly and the service from the hotel was good. We took advantage of the excellent prices and hired a driver from the hotel to... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and were happy enough. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around BA and we felt very safe staying here. As with all big international hotel chains it was full of tours but had a lovely indoor pool and the rooms were spotless. The nightly rate is... more
