I really liked this hotel. The rooms are very spacious including a large desk for work and several chairs. The bathroom was great with a large tube. The hotel is new and my room was always clean. The hotel has a gym and a small pool in the lower floor. Breakfast was very good. Hotel location is nice depending on... more

Took a four day break from the US to see BA and looked up hotels on tripadvisor and others for weeks. This hotel had only decent reviews although I wanted to stay in the one in Recoleta. I´m glad I stayed here as it was cheaper. Had a bad noise in my room which they claimed to have fixed and... more

we stayed at the hotel 9-12th december. the location was good as was the room, breakfast etc. There was no concierge however the reception staff (one in particular) were excellent and much more helpful than any concierge we have ever encountered. The only downside to the hotel was the luggage storage. We had a late flight out of Buenos Aires... more

I just returned from a vacation in Buenos Aires. We had two rooms at the hotel and stayed for 6 nights. We had asked for adjoining rooms as the hotel advertised that they were available on its website. However, we were assigned rooms on different floors. We told them that this was unacceptable and they finally gave us two rooms... more

We stayed at the Melia Buenos Aires for five days at the end of May. We were very pleased with the ambiance, service, and attitude of the staff. The hotel is very convenient (only two blocks from Florida Street) and the rooms are very nice. We booked a superior room and were not totally satisfied with our 3rd floor room... more

I stayed in a non-smoking deluxe room on the 5th floor from May 18th to 27th. My room was clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom had a tub and sink area, a separate large shower, and a separate room with toilet and bidet. The double size beds were on the small side for U.S. guests. My view was Reconquista Street... more

We stayed at the Melia Buenos Aires over Christmas holiday 2006 through the New Year totaling 2 weeks. We were very pleased with the service overall and the price was very economical. Everyone was courteous and responded to our requests promptly. Our only complaint was that the hotel did not notify their international guests that taxi service stops at 9pm... more

REally enjoyed 4 nights over St Patricks weekend. This is a business trip so I booked based on price, location and reading reviews. Everything has gone very well. Decided against the Marriott for higher price and worse reviews. - rooms facing the back in newer section are recommended; this one is more square in size so it feels roomier. Great... more
