Average location, nothing special. Rooms neat, but lousy. Greeted by a fellow with some juice. No airport transfer available, hospitality price exorbitant. Jaccuzi is rather large, it serves as a pool as well. Smoke odor all over, restaurant closed at night, no tour packages offered at the hotel. This property makes believe to be a four star hotel. Intenet connects at 9600 Food is bad, juices made from powder like tank, bread is stale. No decent rooms, very little amenities. This was one of our favorite hotels on a Argentina/Chile trip. We polled various travelers along the way and the Kosten Aike seemed to be a favorite. We just showed up with no reservations. The staff was helpful; internet was free; breakfast was good--we liked it a lot. more

This is not a four star hotel at all. Smoke odor all over the property, very unpolite. Bathroom was broken (toillete) it took them over two hours to locate their maintainance person. Gift shop hours were not respected as they were closed must of the time, personnel very greedy and unpolite. Avoid. more
