This is a great place to stay. It feels like a second home because of the small number of rooms (+/-8) the lovely living room and the stunning views. Macondo house is a small hotel. Its name reminds the villlage of the book "Cien Años de Soledad" and, like it, is magic. The atmosphera is very comfortable, the view is really amazing, it is at walk-distance from the centre, (but you´ll have to climb the stairs of the streets, about fifty meters up!!!). The value of this place is incredible once you realize it has an amazing view, it's close to downtown, is in a beautiful house that has been re-done, the staff is incredible, the breakfast is delicious and it is exceptionally clean.
