I spent the same for 2 nights in this motel as I did for 1 night in Sedona and the room was essentially the same. The pool was even open in this motel! The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the shower pressure good. The coffee pot took a little while to figure out, but it worked fine. The location... more

We stayed at this hotel because we saw it from the freeway, but we definately plan on staying there again on road trips through AZ. It's an old school type layout, so you can park the car really close to your room instead of hiking endless internal corridors to get to your room. The rooms were average size, but clean... more

If you're looking for bells and whistles, this is not your place. We stayed in a nonsmoking room and it was fine. I will note that our friends were in a smoking room and you could definitely tell. But, what do you expect? Our room was clean, but outdated, and the bathroom was very small. However, we weren't in the... more

This is absolutely not a top 20 hotel in the Phoenix area in my opinion... I've stayed at about 12 different Arizona hotels since June due to my job, and this is probably one of the two hotels I'd rank last... The room smelled somewhat musty and moldy, and the external hallways in the vicinity of my room were in... more

I recently took a working vacation in Phoenix. I had a couple of meetings to attend there so we took the whole family with us. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was able to access their wireless internet not only in my room but also at the pool. It was great to be able to spend the extra time with... more

This is really a good deal in Phoenix, but located a little bit far away from the center of the city. Nice, clean and large room. Good air conditionning (you need it when it is 115°F outside). Very enjoyable pool and wonderful "Phoenix" design. Breakfast is the weak point : only three tables for guests, not a lot of choice,... more

I stayed at the Bell Hotel for a week in June 2006 while my father was in the hospital. I upgraded to a pillow-top mattess which was even more comfortable than my bed at home. I had no trouble connecting to the wireless high speed internet (which the front desk staff gladly lent me a wireless card to access) and... more

I recently traveled across the country, and this was by far the worst hotel that I stayed in. The hotel itself was fine, but the manager and staff were extremely argumentative and forced me to stay here against my will. When I checked in, I looked for the hi speed internet that was promised me when I made reservation. When... more
