I am really impress with the new ownership and hotel management. They have significant improve the property from my last stay 6 months ago. The rooms are fresh, staff is friendly and most importantly for me was the breakfast. There are many choices and items are replenish frequently to meet the next hungry guest. I would highly recommend this property... more

This hotel is fine for a no frills stay. $90.00 a day. I stayed in room 143 and was able to park my rental right outside my door every night. The rooms are clean and accommodating and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, make-it-yourself waffles, fruit, muffins and toast, cereal, coffee and juices. I would recommend... more

Upon checking into this hotel, we found out that "Refridgerator upon request" means, "If you want a room with a King, you'll have to pay extra for that!" Ok, no biggy, I guess... it was just one night, after all. We got to our room, and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. Nice layout, plenty of space,... more

I got the one bedroom. The bed was great. It seemed bigger than a Queen bed. I loved the tv stations choicies. They had HBO, ESPN, Speed chanel, Disney and etc. This was a clean hotel. I didn't see any specs on the floor. Bathroom was great. I saw no mold. The showerhead was new. There was a coffee maker... more

We stopped at the Best Western Metro Center after the Grand Canyon visit and prior to an early morning flight. The hotel is located more in a business park, but it was quiet, clean and there were some good restaurants nearby. Our check in was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and generally nice. We felt safe walking around... more

I stayed at the I-17 Metrocenter Inn on a Monday night. There were very few guests that night so believe that there were on a few occupied rooms on each floor. I didn't see any other guests until I went for the included breakfast. Even though the Inn is close to the busy I-17 the room I was in was... more

My husband and I stayed at the Metrocenter for 6 nights. The rooms were decent and the facilities were fine. One major problem we encountered was that our room cards failed to work every night we were there. We had to stop in at the desk and have them reactivated. We got varying reasons from each person we spoke with.... more

I was staying in town on business for a week. I checked in with no problem, the room was nice and clean. After the first night I placed a do not distub sign on the door, because I had valuables in the room. When I came back that evening the DND sign was still on the door and my room... more
