This Holiday Inn has a fairly convenient location in a good neighbourhood near the Heard Museum (not quite walking distance but the Heard has free parking). The exterior is nothing special, but our room was just fine. No amenities such as coffee, etc., but the restaurant in the parking lot provided a good dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price.... more

I decided to give the old Holiday Inn a try when downtown hotels were full for a recent conference. Now I remember why I don't like the Holiday Inn. They are not well maintained (this time, the toilet wouldn't quite shut off, but would gurgle off-and-on all night.) They don't have the little amenities (no free coffee in the lobby... more
