This place is horrendus. -People at the service counter were rude. -Parking lot looked very unsafe. This hotel is located in a very bad part of Phoenix. -Hotel room was nasty. Dirt everywhere, holes in the wall, dead bugs on the window, weird smells, etc. -Wireless internet did not work. -Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. -Air conditioner was not only... more

The room was nasty - very worn down - needs renovation. I only stayed there because they had a room when other places were full, and they had an airport shuttle. Too expensive for the low quality - very over-priced. Paint peeling, old, worn carpets, bed linens, towels. Walls dirty, stains all over everything. Very disappointing for a Ramada location... more

It gets bad reviews. However, as lame as this hotel is (and it is lame) its safe. However, once there, if you are walking, have no place to go. There is a very large, western themed restaraunt within walking distance and that is it. Its downtown but it is an industrial area that is generally surrounded by businesses and homes... more

I cannot believe this hotel costs $102 per night. It is a complete rat hole with greasy carpet and dirty, stained curtains. Avoid it like the plague! more

I almost guarantee this hotel will disappoint you even if you know what's coming. Rooms are really dated and not necessarily clean. The furniture and fixtures seemed like they must be originals. There was lots of grunge around the base of the toilet. The heating system was noisy. The walls were pretty dirty. The breakfast area was not clean and... more

This place is such a dump. The first room was very old (50s) and the hotel seemed seedy. We complained of the room and I would have check out right away but it was late and we book it as a package so probably wouln't get a refund...and it wasn't cheap. After complaining (the clerk was sweet..think her name was... more

I picked this place because we decided last minute to spend the night in Phoenix before our flight out the next day. The rate was ridiculous ($105/night), but last minute, and close to the airport, so also, this time of year, everything in Phoenix is jacked up. We got here late, and only stayed because we knew is was going... more

We stayed here because it offered 24 hour airport service. Notices say it is AAA- I do not know how. The carpeting was so stained it was difficult to say what color. Walls had been patched over, had no wash clothes and asked for them- never given them. Bathroom was filthy. Pool had so much trash piled up in garbage... more

Room was old and dingy. The twin blanket didn't even fully cover the top of the mattress. Carpet ratty, small holes in the walls. Their "Cafe" appeared not to have been cleaned for a few days - food on the floor (along with crawling bugs), crumbs and Cheerios on counter and under things on the counter. If all that wasn't... more

We arrived at 1:00am -immediately appalled by the conditions of the room - holes in walls, toilets had to flush 3 times, blankets too small for the bed etc. Arrived with a sick husband and decided not to change hotels but when I talked to the manager (owner) about them doing construction 6:00pm in our room while we were in... more
