Imagine flying all day, arriving at 10pm and looking forward to getting to bed before work in the morning. Imagine paying $40 for a taxi to your hotel, a hotel you prebooked using a credit card to guarantee your late arrival. Now imagine showing up and finding out you are being "walked" aka forcably moved, to a different hotel. This... more

Hotel location was great, near shopping and main roads. Unfortutately, if you're on the I-17 side of the hotel you'll have a lot of noise at night. Ask for a room away from the highway. more

The room was very dated and uncomfortable feeling. The sofa was as hard as a rock. The bathroom counter top was a very ugly green marble, with no stoppers in the sink. The toilet lid also came completely off of the commode base. The towels were very worn. The breakfast bar was one of the worst I've seen. Few choices,... more

Only stayed here for one night due to a rather late arrival from the East Coast at the Phoenix Airport. Room was as requested--two queens in a quiet location. Our room had a very unpleasant-to-look-at green with white marbling counter top in the kitchen and bathroom area. Found someone's lost pair of brand new pants in one of the drawers.... more
