I am an airline pilot, and I stay at many hotels...mostly in the Westin Chain. I am very impressed with this property. The room was so inviting ..with the 42 inch LG plasma TV...perfect for watching the Olympic games when I arrived. Desk area with FREE wi-fi. The layout is different from most hotel rooms, but very well planned out... more

Good quality hotel, nice sized room. 42 inch plasma TV. Separate living and sleeping area, bathroom rather small but adequate, separate vanity unit. Iron and ironing board rather difficult to find, concealed behind mirror in vanity area. Fridge and work/dining area, comfortable large sofa. Bed very comfortable, the airconditioning required all the time and is quite noisy. Small guest kitchen... more

We stayed here for two nights over a weekend in May in a room on the 6th floor. The hotel is very well maintained and located. It is within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the local mall. The hotel does have some slightly odd features: 1. There is no resturant per se in the hotel. You can... more

Great location as you can easily walk to Old Town, the Arts District and the Fashion Mall, with what must literally be hundreds of bars and restaurants. We stayed here before when it was an Amerisuites hotel, and while it has been re-furnished and updated the rooms are essentially the same floorplan as before, especially the much-criticised bathroom design. The... more

This hotel is in good walking distance to the Scottsdale shops, restaurants and the mall. The beds were comfortable. Easy to get to Camelback for hiking. Only complaint is for the price, they could have included eggs etc. instead of charging extra at breakfast. It is much nicer to stay in Scottsdale and then drive to the attractions in Phoenix. more

This is the sister review to my stay at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites. This is a newer, recently renovated property but with some differences. HP is a good choice if you don't need a kitchen and if you prefer more of a traditional hotel-like experience. The rooms here were all clean and well-maintained. Features include the huge 42" LG Plasma... more

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to watch tv on the large couch and not have to sit on the bed.The staff was friendly and the location is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to the mall and art galleries! BUT, the bathroom... more

We stayed here for one night on our way up to Sedona. The location was great, very convenient to Old Town. The rooms were very modern and clean. I would recommend staying in one of the higher rooms away from the parking lot and bars next door (it was a little loud) but other than that I would stay here... more

I travel for a living (I am a pilot) and I really appreciate a nice hotel and this place does not disapoint with huge HDTV LCD screens, very clean and comfortable beds and rooms. Ok, they are not the biggest rooms and there is no microwave. But the place is so nice I can hardly believe our company puts us... more

We (family of 4: 2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here Xmas week. Hotel is in good location. Room is good size. Pull-out full-sized sofa was good and not in the way. Liked that shower curtain didn't stick to you when you shower (they have a curved shower curtain rod). Breakfast was included (toast, bagel, cereal, coffee, oj, fruit). Closet was... more
