This B&B is simply a gem. Sam and Irith are committed to making a difference in people's lives and our stay there proved it. Our activities in Sedona and the Grand Canyon were clearly impacted by their caring, extensive knowledge of the area, hints on saving time, fabulous breakfasts, B&B location, and, most importantly, their dedication to service and excellence.... more

After a long 12 hour ride to Sedona, it was so wonderful to arrive and meet Irith at the Boots and Saddles Bed and Breakfast Inn. She is such a warm person and showed us to our room making sure it was all we had expected. I am not much for the western look, but found our room to be... more

We stayed at Boots and Saddles for the second time recently (April 29-May 3) and had another wonderful time. Sam and Irith are so warm and helpful, it really felt like we were coming back to visit friends. This time we stayed in 2 different rooms--Ghost Rider and Sacred Feather. Both were beautiful and had red rock views from their... more

Boots and Saddles was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed in El Dorado, which was a beautiful room, although if the upper level rooms with a view had been available, we would have taken one of those. Sam and Irith are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts are outstanding and very filling. Sam gave us a great orientation, complete with maps.... more

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending our tenth anniversary at Sam and Irith's (the owners) Boots & Saddles. I mention Sam and Irith first because Boots & Saddles simply wouldn't be Boots & Saddles without them. They are delightful people who treat each guest as family and they possess a wealth of knowledge about Sedona and Northern... more

We stayed at the Boots and Saddles B&B in December 2007 for 3 nights. On the day we were leaving, we booked a trip back for April 2008 - that's how much we enjoyed our first stay! We then contacted our good friends and invited them to join us in April. They had a fabulous stay and remarked at how... more

My wife & I just returned from our first holiday without our children since our first child was born nineteen years ago. We stayed @ "Boots & Saddles" Sante Fe room from April 12th-18 2008. Sedona is a great destination for avid ourdoor persons and art lovers alike. I can't think of a better place to start each day's excursions... more

Thank you Sam and Irith, Rich and I had a great time. Your hospitality and ambiance were exquisite. We truly were able to relax at your place. Sam, the food was awesome. I particularly liked being able to come to the common area early for my quiet coffee and reading. Thank you for a really nice time. Rich and Berdina... more

Loved Boots and Saddles - made our weeklong stay in Sedona so great. The property is spectacular and Sam and Irith are the most gracious hosts. When we left it was like leaving family - hugs and goodbyes. Attention to detail is what is most impressive. Irith is an impressive decorator, we had everything we needed or could ever want... more

After a great B&B experience in Ireland a couple of years ago, I booked a five night stay at Boots and Saddles for my husband and me based primarily on the postings on TripAdvisor. The setting, rooms and the hosts exceeded any and all expectations! First, you must read the beautifully written review of Boots and Saddles dated April 17,... more
