A very nice place to stay. No frills but clean sheets and towels. Floors were new but bathroom fixtures rather old and in need of replacement but in working order. Air conditioner worked ok. View from window was nice. There was a nice little park by the parking area in the rear of the building. Very reasonably priced. Located in... more

We recently reserved a room online through the hotels own website in the grand canyon inn at williams (Valle). When we arrived at the hotel at 12pm after driving for 5 hours, we were told that the people incharge of checkin would arrive at 2 pm. Hence we decided to drive to the grand canyon and do a little sightseeing... more

We were headed to see the Grand Canyon and did not have a reservation for the night. After calling around and finding that just about everyone wanted $150.-$225. for a night, someone gave us the name of Grand Canyon Inn in Valle. I checked with them and they had a room for about $80. We were glad to get it... more

i stayed here on a school trip with another 50 students. This place is quite near the canyon and has a restaurant near by, we stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it greatly. However there was a problem with the key card lock on the door and we had to try repetely to open the door several times. The... more

We drove 17 hours with our 3 daughters. We needed to rest before heading on to the Grand Canyon. We checked the price with the receptionist and agreed to get the room for 65 dollars. We filled out the paperwork and then the receptionists phone rang. She stayed on the phone for 20 minutes. All we had to do was... more

The hotel is actually in a blink-and-you-miss-it town called Valle, not Williams (though it's associated with the latter). Valle is actually much closer to the canyon than Williams. At first, we were hesitant to choose anything in the middle of nowhere that wasn't a chain hotel. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect and reasonably priced the accommodations here... more

On our way back to Flagstaff after camping at the Grand Canyon. We saw Bedrock City across the highway but it was about to close. My wife had heard about BCity and wanted to check it out so we stayed at the Grand Canyon Inn. It was a nice room on the second floor. Two beds, creaky floor and tv... more

After 12 hours backing and 5 hours driving we came across Grand Canyon Inn. We checked into the room late at night, within an hour I got up to use the bathroom and discovered there was RAW sewage coming up from the toilet and it would not flush. I tried contacting the front desk, the main office number, adjacent businesss.... more

April 2006 We found this motel to be clean and quiet and the staff honored our request for no perfume. The restuarant was good after a long day at the Canyon and there was a great handyman that delivered ice to our room. This is big high windswept country at the beginning of April but the room was warm and... more

Loved the clean, spacious and reasonably priced rooms. One thing I did not like was this creepy Old Navajo guy who I think worked there. He was talking to some guy who he refferd to as "Little Willy" in a terrible accent. Other than than it was a great place to stay. more
