After a terrible experience at the Holbrook, AZ Comfort Inn, we moved on down the road to stay in Winslow. There is quite a lack of hotel choices but because of my "Choice Hotels number" we decided to try this Comfort Inn, noting that it has interior corridors. Overall it was average. The front desk staff were very helpful. more

We arrived late the night of April 2nd, around 8:00 and requested a non-smoking room. The room smelled of smoke and mildew; and due to our allergies we couldn't stay in the room. The bed looked like it hadn't been changed since the last customer left, wrinkled bedding. The heat was also turned off and the temperature was extremely cold... more

These hotel rooms are in disrepair and the bathrooms were dirty. There was no plug for the tub to take a bath(after you cleaned it) and the hotel told me to stuff a washcloth in it . I wanted another room considering the hotel was empty ,but they never got back to me and i was to tired to argue.... more

We stayed here in October 2007. The Inn is near the I40. We had a large room with king bed for $70 + tax, but in truth would gladly have paid another $30 to stay at the gorgeous famous La Posada downtown on Route 66, which was full. The Inn 's automated door lock system was not functioning, so the... more

Stayed at several Comfort Inns across the US on a recent road trip. Most were pleasant and clean. This one was not. Breakfast was not up to par, not stocked on all items and no concern to refill them. First room was not made up when we checked in. Second room did not have a safety lock. Third room while... more

My family and I left for home from Nevada and went thru Winslow, AZ to stay for the night. June 15, 2007. We came across this hotel right off the interstate. It was a convenient location since the laundry mat was right behind it and we desperately needed to do some of our laundry. We got our rooms, turned on... more

This Hotel looks like they are done with the construction mentioned above. The Hotel was very clean but difficult to get to while heading west on I-40. The rooms looked very clean and furniture looked relatively new. My only complaint is the bed was kind of hard. My family enjoyed the pool it was clear and warm. Frontdesk was helpful... more

Lodging was fair to midling. Room was quiet, but bed and furniture need to be updated. Bed was lumpy and chairs were hard. The continental breakfast was fair and again needs to be improved. Motel used to be the Adobe Inn. It has had several owners and service appears to have gone down. I won't be staying there again. Not... more

Winslow is not a busy metropolis, but you cannot tell that from the amount of new hotels that are popping-up all over the place. Apparently this Comfort Inn used to be the Adobe Inn. The change of ownership can be seen do to the outside sign being attached as a large tarp. Easy access from I-40. On the way to... more

We blew a tire on the highway and had to stay in Winslow. We were staying at the what we thought was the Adobe Inn, but had been taken over by the Comfort Inn. We were starving and there was no open gas stations or places to eat. The food in the motel was old and gross. The room was... more
