We were very disappointed in our stay. Had an awkward shared balcony--and our neighbors chose to take it over (with their banjos!) Room was not clean, and furniture was old and sagging. I expected antiques. After all, it is an old hotel, but there were literally springs coming out of the sofa in our suite. The food in the restaurant... more

Had a great time! I love Eureka Springs & The Crescent Hotel. It makes you feel like you've gone back in time. The only complaint about the room was that the hair dryer didn't work, but I had brought my own. The breakfast in the Crystal Dining room was wonderful! Went on the ghost tour & had a few spooky... more

High speed internet did not work. I am a business man and it caused some problems. Rooms were clean and staff was good. more

I visit this hotel every year nearly and I love it there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to go back in time and possibly see an extra special person, then this is the place for you... My ONLY complaint.. would be the rising costs of the rooms. I used to be able to stay... more

I loved the old feel of this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy and the staff was very helpful! They don't however have central heat and air, so just be prepared. more

I was expecting a tranquil stay but it was anything but. If you love loud motorcycles, loud guests and a not-so clean room, then you may like this place. It is too bad as the place has so much history and could have a lot going for it if the owners would take notice of the smaller things. Our room... more

As for our first time to stay at the "1886 Crescent Hotel Historical Hotel". We had a very nice time. We stayed in Room #203. My husband and teenage son, enjoyed the ghostly haunting stories. We all took the ghost tour, which we enjoyed. When we arrived, all personel was very nice and courtious, made us feel very welcome. We... more

Had a great time here. The staff was excellent. Just didn't meet up with any ghosts. Will come again. more

I am a resident in Austria, Europe, so I am well familiar with old-world charm. My girlfriend (who has since become my fiancée since we got engaged during our stay at the Crescent!) and I spent two nights in this beautifully restored hotel. It is really a "classic" in the sense of old-world charm and decor but it is very... more

We stayed at the Crescent for one night during a quick getaway to Eureka Springs. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The room was quite large and decorated very nicely with antiques. We had beautiful views from all 4 of the very tall windows, of the gardens on one side and the mountains on... more
