Amazing how pictures can distort the truth.. Hotel looks good from outside, but it's an illusion. Reception staff get a prize for being totally unhelpful, with an air of they wished they where doing another job. Pity, as first impressions do count. A new building, very smart and comfortable. Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. it's clearly well managed. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were far better than we have experienced in five star hotels. There was plenty of fresh fruit available, and for long hours.
