The hotel is gorgeous, immaculate grounds, very good service - esp at buffet restaurant. The food prices were fairly outrageous I would say, especially as the hotel knows it is quite a trek to go elsewhere in the heat of the day. The pool cafe had a set kids meal for 20 euros!!! We have just returned from Vincci Plantacion and we thought the hotel was beautiful. The staff were fantastic especially the waiters who really made our 1 year old son welcome morning noon and night. The hotel lwas spotlessly clean and our room was enourmous. more

ok the hotel is great and the rooms are lovely but the staff are a bit slow if you need any thing but only in a minor way like no wine glasses left for us and towels not replaced, but thats just me moaning also the restaurant is very overpriced for the type of food so go to la caleta... more

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. We were greeted with champagne (or orange juice) and driven to our villa in a buggy.
