The hotel looks impressive on arrival and the entrance is stunning too with layered galleries above adorned with plants, cool marble floors and pillars and spacious seating, unfortunately the first impression was marred because check in took ages. This hotel is faaaar away from 5*, more appropriate would be 3-4* rating. Built on grand scale with poor workmanship and no money left for necessary maintenance, and professionally behaving staff.
