The Staff of JW Marriott Caracas was terrible. You have to pay $20 for parking daily. The room service was Okay but they take a lot of time. I was in Caracas for business but my stay in the hotel was a pleasure. This hotel was an excellent choice to stay in Caracas. The room was confortable and clean and the amenities were excellent. Also the gym is good for relaxation and the food in the restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel more

Was really disapointed with this hotel. We recently stayed at the Marriott on Copocabana Beach which was a million times better than this one in Caracas. On the plus side the rooms are brilliant, really good size with internet access (which you have to pay for) and free bottles of water!!! I dont think they cleaned the rooms very well... more
