Hotel plaza catedral was horrible. i stayed in a five-bed room with some friends. the air conditioning was never cool and the employees said that they were trying to conseve energy. To try to adjust the setting of the unit, maids were sent after about 45 minutes of calling and visiting the front desk each time an adjustment was necessary... more
