We also booked for Paradise side of hotel but were upgraded to a superior room upon arrival. The three hotels are all joined in a row. We had booked for the Neptune Paradise village, but on arrival we were ushered in Palm Beach resort . The rooms are big and luxurious, the service at the restuarant superb. Booked a last minute and stayed the first 2 weeks of October at the Neptune Palm Beach Resort wich is next to the paradise village resort. It was excellent, good sevice and food and big luxurius rooms. The Palm beach resort is easy going and not very busy, mostly we had the pool for our one. The paradise village section... more
