The room was nice, but a little bit expensive for what you get. There was a lot of noise at this hotel at all hours of the night. Room was smaller than I was expecting. The bed had a hint of smoke, but that was alright with me. Again, the room was fine, but in my opinion not worth paying... more
We had been camping for 25 nights when we decided to stay at the Hampton Inn. On check-in we found that our non-smoking room had been smoked in. When we reported this to the front desk they immediately changed us to another room and also helped to move our luggage. The two front desk clerks wanted to do everything they... more
This is a very nice Hampton Inn. Maybe not as many 'extras' in the room as most other Hampton Inns but still quite nice. The only complaint I would have is my room smelled heavily of smoke. Otherwise it was quite clean and I felt safe there. more
This is probably the best hotel at this Russellville Exit - it had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean. However, the Victorian (light pink and turquoise) decor is almost enough to make me feel that it's not clean. The continental breakfast was good. Overall I'd probably stay here again given it's probably the best choice, however it needs... more
Like any place, there are somes pros and cons. This place is close to the interstate, which meant we were able to find it fairly quickly. However, the rooms were dirty. We asked to be moved to another room, and the manager managed to move us into another room which also had a smokey smell even though it was supposedly... more
I am a Hilton Gold member and frequent a number of Hampton Inns. This by far was the best run Hampton property that I have stayed at. This visit was for a family reunion and they accomodated ours and 2 other family gatherings without a glitch. No bad attitutudes or "not my job looks" from the staff. Everyone pitched in... more
Great place to spend the night while traveling. My mother and I checked in late one night just to sleep. The room was very clean and I think the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any motel/hotel, including $$$$ hotels. I usually wake at least once while sleeping in hotels but slept VERY... more
There aren't many places to stay in Russellville, but I would consider this to be the best. They have THE best continental breakfast I've ever had (Bacon, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Fresh Fruit, and Pastries) Rooms are decorated very nicely and are very clean and comfortable. The pool area isn't huge but is large enough to have a good time.... more
Exit 81 in Russellville offers the Victorian lobby of the Hampton Inn there. There are two wings on two floors. If you are a non-smoker, request a room in the East Wing. Smoking rooms are on the West, and some of the non-smoking ones too, and they all smell of cigarette smoke. However, on the East Wing, all the rooms... more
