Absolute crap. Stains all over walls, elevator, hall carpet, paint on furniture fabric, pencil lines where contractors installed fixtures...place is a mess. This is coming from a guy who loves to sleep outdoors in the dirt and does a lot of traveling. Most hostels in bolivia were nicer- really! The service was shoddy as well, they didnt make up the... more

I have stayed at this hotel twice on business and will go out of my way to make other arrangements next time. On the most recent trip, the plumbing in the room was not working properly. The water pressure in the shower was unacceptable and the water was either freezing or scalding with no middle ground. I asked that maintenance... more

Spent 3 nights in adjoining rooms with extended family on the third floor. We were on a 13-day California exploration trip. The non-smoking rooms did not smell of smoke. Everything about the place was perfect: price, rooms, staff, hot breakfast, pool, parking facilities, hotel grounds, near to attractions but not in the big city! We especially liked having the laundry... more

If you are looking for a great location and a safe place to stay, this is the place for you. The staff was very, very friendly and the breakfast is the best I've seen. Plenty of parking and places to walk nearby. A very upscale neighborhood and the price was very reasonable. more

I stayed here during a business trip the last week of March 2008 (3 nights). This was the third time that I visited this hotel in the past year. The overall quality of the property is average. The hotel is clean and serves a good (hot and cold) breakfast (included in your room price). Service was good. Rooms were clean.... more

I stayed here about ten times over the course of several years. I was able to watch it go steadily downhill. At first it fit the bill, reasonable rate, good room, nice breakfast and good service. As time went by the rooms started to fall apart, wallpaper peeling off the walls, mold in the corners and lacking in service. The... more

Our experience at this hotel was extrordinarily disappointing. Upon our arrival(around 3PM), there was no one at the front desk. We ultimately had to wait several minutes before someone aknowledged our presence at the front desk. The attitude of the gentleman who did finally check us in was as though we were interrupting him. Upon arriving in our room, we... more

I found the Country Inn very run down, motel like. The carpet in the room looks cheap and is stained. There is grime around the faucet in the bathroom. When I opened the shower, rust and bugs came out, not to mention there were ants in the room too. I made sure to where slippers around the room because the... more

I usually stay at a Marriott, but took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was very safe, and although the hotel was close to the interstate, noise was not a factor. Pros: Room very clean and large Bed quite comfy (needed more pillows though) Clean bathroom and shower (a major plus) Free hot breakfast Cons: No cons here! more

We often send visiting guests to the County Inn & Suites in Calabasas when they come to visit. The hotel is just out of the San Fernando Valley so it isn't as warm as it can get in the valley. Great location! In one direction there is a small strip mall with tons of high class shops and little eating... more
