On short notice we booked the last room available, we had stayed at christmas and had a great time, bar b quing, horse shoes, cooked in our room all our meals, the pools do not have too much clorine, and sita was very very nice to us both times, we got to know the two friendly dogs which we really... more

What a gem! Every part of our stay at Hacienda was fabulous -- from how the reservations were handled, to the quiet well designed aesthetics of the landscaping and pools to our room. We enjoyed the relaxing environment, the mineral waters feel fantastic, and we had great massages. All the other guests had similar comments -- all positive. The only... more

We've been to the fancy hotels in Palm Springs and they don't compare to this true getaway. We counted maybe seven or eight rooms in the whole place. There's mostly gardens with cozy places to sit and read. The relaxing atmosphere, mineral baths and Sita's down-home hospitality make it feel like a retreat without the schedule. more

A desert oasis indeed! This gem sits in between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park, with views of majestic mountains that can't be beat. Desert Hot Springs is kind of an odd town, but once you enter the hacienda you find yourself in an enchanted private world. The grounds are lovely, well-maintained and dotted with local flora and cacti. There... more

What a wonderful retreat! The pool and hot tub waters are healing and the beautiful gardens that surround them soothing. Every little corner of the grounds offers its own getaway. The new yoga room is a great addition to an already stress-less environment. Host Sita and her little sidekicks, Chante and Gracie are gracious hosts. I hesitate to write this... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely and relaxing and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and would definitely visit again. more

My sister and I stayed at the Hacienda Hot Springs Inn and left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The grounds were lovely with beautiful desert landscaping throughout the property which created secluded areas around the pool and spa with little paths leading to various lounging spots and bistro tables for dining. The Hacienda has an adobe wall around the perimeter... more

We've stayed at the Hacienda Hot Springs several times. Its only two hours from LA but you feel like a thousand miles away - it is truly serene and beautiful, and the hot mineral waters are the best. We felt like we were at an old California resort from the Thirties. The rooms are decorated in arts-and-crafts antiques, with cool... more

Great place to relax and unwind!!! I was blown away at how well the inn was taken care of. You can immediately feel the pride, love and care that was put into ALL aspects of the inn. The rooms were very clean and the gardens were amazing! The jacuzzi and pool were perfect and of course, the granola was excellent!... more

We had a lovely stay. Hacienda Hot Springs is, literally, a little oasis. Hidden behind high walls you would never know what a lovely Shangri La awaits you. The landscaping and gardens are beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool and hot spring tub just what you would wish. Our room was clean and nicely appointed and having a private patio... more
