No air conditioning! Right on main road though town, noisy. Base board heating but we stayed in July. Did not discover the lack of air conditioning until we had paid for the room. Changed to a room a little farther back from the noise. Smallish older TV, free wi-fi, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, no breakfast included but $3 discount coupon... more

The inn has a convenient location, very close to Old Town Eureka and the newly renovated waterfront district. It is a highly walkable area, so you can enjoy the scenery and nifty shops and restaurants without needing to fire up your car. Our bed was very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fact it was a king, instead... more

I have previously stayed at this property in May 2007, and I thought it was fine at that time. So, I reserved a room for this past weekend (in October 2007) through their own website and guaranteed it with my credit card. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that my room had been given away to another guest... more

This is an aging facility that has been cosmetically renovated but has serious issues with all of the mechanical systems. The water temp. in the shower would swing wildly from hot to cold and back again without warning. The room was humid and smelled of mold. There is no AC, but an oscillating fan is provided for circulation. On our... more

We booked this Motel only because of it was listed as pet friendly . When we arrived and looked for a spot for our pets to walk and go to the bathroom , we were told by the staff that they did not have a pet area and that most guests walked their dogs down the street and around the... more

The room was clean and had high quality bed linens. There was no A/C although the web site said there was. They also no longer offer breakfast. They do give you a $3 coupon for a local resturant which offered good breakfast items for reasonable prices. With the coupon we only paid $4-5 per person for breakfast. The wireless internet... more

We were very satisfied with this average motel. In particular the location is right next to the famous Carson Mansion and an easy walk to all of "Old Town" Eureka. Yes, most of the motels in Eureka are on busy Highway 101 which goes right through town. If traffic noise would bother you, ask for a room with windows facing... more

Very dirty hotel, not worthy of the Quality Inn name. Had ants in room, did manage to change rooms, but the still dirty. Not cleaned properly at all. Complained to Quality Inns and hotel, not heard a thing. Questionable pricing practices. more

The room was large but the only window was right on the sidewalk which was well traveled. The noise from Hwy 101 never stopped. the motel is right in the area where the BIG trucks either start to acelerate or down shift. Unsure which one. Continential breaskfast was a joke. Wouldn't go back. more
